Dedicated Practice
In Studio:
Weekly in-studio classes are booked in blocks of 4 or 8. This allows me to work with the same group of students for a longer period of time. Every 4-week block will be rooted in a particular theme, giving us time to explore and layer our practice.
Online:
Online classes can be booked as a single drop-in or in a 4 class or 8 class block.
Private:
Private Sessions online are booked on a monthly basis.
I never want cost to be a barrier to accessing yoga classes, so I do offer a pay what you can option. If you would like to discuss this with me, get in touch.
