Meet Carly

Hi, I'm Carly.
I love peanut butter RX bars and could spend every afternoon reading and drinking matcha lattes.

Living in a hypermobile body I have been forced to rethink my understanding of human anatomy. This deconstruction of my postural yoga practice set me out on an exploration of different movement modalities. As a result, my practice and teaching is centred around the focus of balancing flexibility and strength.

Outside of the yoga world, I am a certified group fitness instructor, I am currently studying with STOTT Pilates in both Mat and Reformer, as well as training to be an Animal Flow instructor.
